Rhythmic Movement Training
What is involved?
It is recommended that everybody have a hand and a foot massage daily. Videos of how to do them are below. This is easiest done by somebody else, but can be done to yourself. When massaging the fingers and toes, make sure you gently pinch at the end of each finger and toe.
From conception, developmental stages which are not met, or trauma of any kind may affect a person:
through illness or stress of mother during pregnancy
birth
breastfeeding
‘milestones’ such as gaining head control, crawling, walking
any trauma at any time in life
The RMT Consultancy Process:
test for unintegrated reflexes. This is non invasive and straightforward..
recommend on average 3 or 4 simple movements to be done 2-5 times per week.
repeat visit after a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks of performing the movements; change will be assessed and movements adjusted accordingly.
It can take up to 18 months for reflexes to become integrated.
RMT has countless applications such as those listed below. See Case Studies .
